  • Terms and Policies

    Request to cancel an order must be made within 3 days of initial purchase.  Requests must be faxed to 888-221-7594 with 'Order Cancellation' in the Subject.  It will take approximately 15 business days for the payment to be returned to the card used in the initial order.

    Cancellation of StepPay Payment Program Policy:  If you miss a payment a reminder e-mail will be sent each month for three consecutive months.  Thereafter, the StepPay Payment Program Commitment will terminate.  In any case, we do not report your payment commitment to the credit bureaus.  However, there are no refunds and the customer will have to purchase the Business Credit Builder and any other items included in the Purple Dot separately at full price.  Any previous payments will not apply to any future purchase.

    Product Refund/Return Policy: All products sales are final no refunds or returns.  Products include, but not limited to physical merchandise, digital downloads of audio and/or visual content, workbooks, Systems, System manuals, live and/or online presentations.
